مستخلص الدراسة
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الإعلانات الصحفية على السياسة التحريرية للصحف اليومية، التعرف على أخلاقيات مهنة الإعلان، والوقوف على القوانين التي تنظم العمل الإعلاني، والتعرف على آلية توزيع الإعلانات الصحفية في السودان.
اعتمدت الدراسة على نوعين من مصادر المعلومات والبيانات ،حيث اعتمد على المراجع والكتب كمصادر ثانوية، بجانب المصادر الأولية متمثلة في أداة الملاحظة والمقابلة والاستبانة التي تقوم على عينة عشوائية حجمها (100) وتم تحليل البيانات عن طريق برامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS .
توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها : تؤثر الإعلانات على المادة التحريرية المنشورة بالصحف اليومية بالسودان، لا يوجد قانون لتنظيم الإعلانات بالسودان، الحكومة السودانية تتحكم في توزيع الإعلانات الصحفية، لا تتبع وكالات الإعلانات والأقسام الفنية بالصحف اليومية الأسس العلمية في عملية التصميم.
وبناءً على النتائج قدمت الدراسة التوصيات التالية: تقليل الإعلانات في الصفحة الأولى، إصدار قانون لتنظيم مهنة الإعلان بالسودان، العمل على إيجاد آلية عادلة لتوزيع الإعلانات بين الصحف اليومية بالسودان، عدم استخدام المعلنين الإعلانات كسلاح للسيطرة على بعض الصحف، ضرورة مراعاة الأسس العلمية في تصميم الإعلانات الصحفية.
Abstract
The study aimed to find out newspaper advertisements influence on the editorial policy of the daily press, to identify the ethics of advertising, and stand on the laws governing the advertising work, and learn about the newspaper advertising distribution mechanism in Sudan.
The study was based on two types of sources of information and data, which was based on references, books and secondary sources, next to the primary sources represented in the observation, interview and questionnaire which is based on a random sample of the tool (100) The data was analyzed by SPSS statistical software packages.
The study reached several conclusions, including: advertising affects the editorial published in newspapers daily in Sudan, there is no law to regulate advertising in Sudan, and the Sudanese government controls the distribution of press ads. The advertising agencies and technical daily newspapers don't follow the scientific principles of the designing process.
Based on the results the study made the following recommendations: Reduce the ads on the first page, passing a law to regulate the profession of the Declaration of Sudan, work on finding a fair mechanism for the distribution of ads among daily newspapers in Sudan, advertisers should not use the advertisements as a weapon to dominate some newspapers, scientific principles should be noticed in the design of the advertising.
