Abstract

ملخص البحث

تناولت هذه الدراسة مدينة كأس دراسة في جغرافية المدن، حيث اهتمت بدراسة أثر البيئة الطبيعية وأشكال الخطط ومشاكل التخطيط والإسكان والخدمات. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تطبيق الآراء والنظريات العلمية في مجال جغرافية المدن في مدينة كاس وتوضيح مدى تطابق النظريات والواقع المعاش في هذه المدينة، ومن ثم الوصول لحلول علمية لمشكلة مدينة كاس وما يتعلق بالأرض والسكن والخدمات الأخرى. اعتمدت الدراسة في جمع المعلومات على المصادر الثانوية والمتمثلة في الكتب والمراجع والمصادر الأولية المتمثلة في الدراسة الميدانية التي تتضمن الزيارات الاستطلاعية والمقابلات الشخصية. لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة واثبات فرضياتها وتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها استخدمت المناهج الآتية : الإحصائي، التاريخي، المورفولوجي، الوظيفي، والوصفي. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن الزيادة السكانية للمدينة نتيجة للزيادة الطبيعية والهجرة إلي المدينة، وأن نمو وتطور مدينة كاس حدث نتيجة العوامل طبيعية وبشرية متداخلة مع بعضها البعض، عدم التخطيط العلمي السليم للمدينة وأقاليمها خلق الكثير من المشاكل داخل المدينة. عليه توصي الدراسة بتخطيط الأحياء العشوائية بالمدينة ومنع البناء دون تصديق من السلطات المحلية، رصف الطرق الداخلية بالمدينة وتحديد خط سير لعربات الكارو وتحديد موقف للسيارات الداخلية، تحسين مستوى الخدمات التي تخدم المواطنين دون أن يكون هنالك عائق يحول دون حصولهم عليها .

Abstract

This study addressed the Cup city study in Urban Geography, where the study focused on the impact of the natural environment and the forms of the plans and the problems of planning, housing and services. This study aimed at the application of scientific views and theories in the geographical area of cities in Cass city and clarifies the compatibility of theories and reality in the town of Cass, and then access to scientific solutions to the problem of Cass City and related to land, housing and other services. The study relied on the collection of information on the initial and of books and references and secondary sources of the field study that includes exploratory visit and interviews sources.To achieve the objectives of this study and prove hypotheses and analyze the data collected was used the following methods: statistical, historical, morphological, functional, and descriptive.The study concluded the following results: The population growth of the city as a result of natural increase and migration to the city, The growth and development of Cass City as a result of natural factors and human event overlapping with each other, Lack of proper scientific planning of the city, territories and create a lot of problems inside the city. Was also put some of the recommendations are: Slums of the city planning and preventing construction without ratification from the local authorities, Paving of internal roads in the city and determine the itinerary to cart carts and determine the position of the interior of the car, Improve the level of services that serve the citizens, without that there is a barrier to access them.
