The Mutual Tribes between Sudan and Tchat and their Role in Settling and Threatening the Circumstances between the two countries Abstract This study aimed to clarify the reasons for the existence of mutual tribes between Sudan and Chad, determine their whereabouts, determine their role in the circumstances between the two countries and identify the common features of their people. The methods followed in this study is historical and descriptive analytical. The study found that the political borders, the oppression of the colonizer, the brutality of the governments, the economic conditions, and natural disasters have the largest role in the existence of these tribes; these tribes have negatively affected the political, economic, social, security and environmental aspects, especially on the Sudanese side; the common denominators are represented in religion, social and linguistic features that formed a common factor between the two nations. The study recommends good management of the tribes; avoiding their insertion into the conflicts of the political elites, settling of scores between the regimes in the two countries and between the regimes and their oppositions; and the existence of security checkpoints that limit unorganized migration between the two countries.
