اتجاهات الأستاذ الجامعي نحو فكرة المشاريع البحثية التي تمولها وزارة التعليم العالي السودانية(جامعة غرب كردفان نموذجاً)

Abstract

هدف البحث إلى التعرف بفكرة المشاريع البحثية الممولة من وزارة التعليم العالي بالسودان، التعرف علي آليات التقديم والتحكيم للمشاريع الممولة ، التعرف علي حجم المشكلات التى تواجه تمويل المشاريع البحثية. وتنبع أهمية هذا البحث في أن البحث العلمي هو المدخل الوحيد لتطوير المعرفة وحل القضايا المجتمعية في ظل محدودية البحوث ذات الصلة بالموضوع في المؤسسات الأكاديمية بالسودان. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي ، وفي جمع المعلومات حول الموضوع اعتمدنا علي الملاحظة والاستبانة والمقابلة. ومن أهم النتائج: تعتبر وسائل الاعلام المصدر الرئيسى لتزويد الباحثين بالمعلومات عن المشاريع البحثية، فكرة طرح المشاريع الممولة على على موقع الوزارة غير ملائمة، الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل حول المشاريع الممولة مناسبة تماماً لتحقيق الغايات المرجوة ، المشاريع البحثية الممولة من وزارة التعليم العالي يعمل علي تحقيق الإبداع والإبتكار في المجالات البحثية، التمويل غير كافي لتنفيذ المشاريع الممولة. وأوصى البحث بالآتي: • ضرورة تطوير آلية فاعلة لطرح المشاريع البحثية للباحثين في الجامعات والمراكز البحثية السودانية. • زيادة نسبة التمويل المخصص للمشاريع البحثية . • ضرورة تزويد الجامعات لوزارة التعليم العالي القضايا الاجتماعية الملحة لخدمة مجتمعاتها. • دعوة الباحثين العرب لحضور فعاليات الإعلان عن المشاريع البحثية من أجل الخبرات.

This study aims to identify the idea of research projects funded by the Ministry of Higher Education in Sudan, to identify the mechanisms of submission and arbitration of funded projects, to identify the size of the problems facing funding research projects. The importance of this research stems from the fact that scientific research is the only way to develop knowledge and solve societal issues in light of the limited research related to the subject in academic institutions in Sudan. The analytical descriptive approach is adopted to handle this study, and a questionnaire, structured interview and personal observation of the researchers are used as tools for collecting data. The findings of the study reveal : media is the main source for providing researchers with information about research projects, the idea of offering projects funded on the Ministry's website inappropriate, training courses and workshops on funded projects are well suited to achieve the desired goals. The research projects financed by the Ministry of Higher Education Innovation and innovation in research fields, insufficient funding for the implementation of funded projects. The research recommended the following: The need to develop an effective mechanism to submit research projects to researchers in Sudanese universities and research centers، Increase funding for research projects Universities need to provide the Ministry of Higher Education with urgent social issues to serve their communities. Invite Arab researchers to attend the events of the announcement of research projects for expertise.
