فهذا بحث بعنوان نجم الدين الطوفي ورأيه في المصلحة . يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بالمصلحة وأنواعها وخصائصها وتوضيح رأي نجم الدين الطوفي فيها .وقد اتبعت المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي ، المقارن .
وقد نوصل البحث إلى نتائج أهمها
