التعليل عند الأصوليين

Abstract

This research aims at explaining the concept of Justification according to Fundamentalists the significance of justification is that has direct effect upon evaluation and measurement. The research is divided into an introduction and chapters. Chapter one focuses on the evolution and development of the term (justification). It justification before the eras 0f fundamentalists authorship. Section two deals with justification during the eras of fundamentalists authorship. Chapter two tries to answer the question ( Are The texts based on justification or not?). Chapter three: Definition of justification it consist s of three sections; section one: Definition of justification from a linguistic point of view. The second section tries to define justification from an idiomatic point of view. The third tries to present an evaluative study among other definitions. Finally, the research is terminated with a conclusion.

هذا البحث يهدف الى توضيح مفهوم التعليل عند الأصوليين . وأهمية هذا البحث تكمن في أن التعليل له اثر مباشر في عملية القياس وقسمت هذا البحث الى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث. المبحث الأول يركز على نشأة وتطور مصطلح التعليل ويحتوي على ثلاثة مطالب : المطلب الأول يتناول التعليل فبل عهود التأليف الأصول ، والمطلب الثاني يتحدث عن التعليل بعد عهود التأليف الأصولي . والمبحث الثاني يجيب على سؤال : هل الأصل في النصوص التعليل أم لا؟ والمبحث الثالث: يتناول تعريف العلة عند الأصوليين ، ويحتوى على ثلاثة مطالب: المطالب الأول: تعريف العلة لغة. المبحث الثاني : تعريف العلة اصطلاحا. المبحث الثالث: دراسة تقويمية للتعريفات . وأخيراً خاتمة تشمل أهم النتائج والتوصيات
