dc.description.abstract The internal generated electric field due to the interaction of matter with electromagnetic field is usually described by polarization. An alternative way based on the notion of internal field and current density is introduced in this wark . The mathematical model is based on RCL circuits and the effective values; as well as complex representations. It shows that the external field induces external field is perpendicular to it ,beside two current components ,One parallel and the other one is perpendicular to it also, The material act as a resister and a conductor connected in series. en_US
