حول إبتكار أساليب إيضاحية لدعم المقدرة الإستيعابية لذوي الإعاقة للمضامين الإعلامية

Abstract

تتناول هذه الورقة الفضائيات التلفزيونية بإعتبارها أقوى الوسائل الإعلامية بما تجمعه من أساليب الاتصال الإعلامي المستخدمة في الوسائل المقروءة والمسموعة والمرئية، (الكتابة والصوت والصورة)، وتتناول البرامج التلفزيونية وطرق إعدادها وأنتاجها وإخراجها، لتقف على مدى استصحابها لخصائص المعاقين كجزء من الجمور المستهدف بتلك البرامج، كما تتحدث الورقة عن الأساليب الإيضاحية المستخدمة بالفضائيات العربية لمخاطبة شريحة المعاقين، وتتناول بعض برامج التأهيل وتنمية مهارات المعاقين المتبعة ببعض الدول العربية، وتقدم الورقة بعض الإستنتاجات والرؤى التي يرى الباحث أنها تسهم في تطوير أساليب دعم المقدرة الإستيعابية لذوي الإعاقة للمضامين الإعلامية ، وتختتم الورقة بتقديم بعض التوصيات. Abstract: This paper deals with satellite tv chanels as the most effective mass media,and thir including information stiless that uses in the print and audio-visual aids (writing, voice and video), and deals with tv programs and the methods of their preparation, production and direction, to stands over thir interst about the characteristics of the disabled as part of the target Audience, also talks about the demonstration methods used in Arab satellite channels to address the disabled segment, and discusses some rehabilitation and skills development programs for handicapps that followed by some Arab countries, the paper provides some conclusions and visions the researcher believes that will contribute to develope the methods to support the carrying capacity for disabled to media contents,and the paper provided some recommendations .
