Abstract

The paper aims to Regionalize the art of news , and clarify the relation between the conception which used in the modern mass media and that which used in the holy Koran, and explain the actual and nominal formulas of the news that used in the holy Koran and (meaning) of those formulas, and the paper talks about theoretical study of the news, and means and modern processed and provide a scientific analysis for the news that used in holy Koran, and also provide a scientific analysis for the news that used in modern mass media through that the paper (arrived) to the findings, based on, the researcher presented some recommendations.

تهدف الورقة إلى تأصيل فن الخبر والنبأ وتوضيح موقعهما بمفهومه المستخدم في وسائل الإعلام الحديثة من ذلك المفهوم التأصيلي الوارد في القرآن الكريم وتبيين صيغ إستخدام الخبر الواردة في القرآن الكريم من صيغ فعلية وإسمية ومدلول تلك الصيغ، وتتناول الورقة دراسة نظرية للخبر ووسائله ومعالجته العصرية وتقدم تحليلا علميا للنبأ أو الخبر الوارد في القرآن الكريم وتحليلا علميا للخبر بشكله المستخدم في وسائل الإعلام الحديثة ومن خلال ذلك توصلت إلى نتائج علمية، بناءاً عليها قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات.
