كيفية تسويق وتنفيذ مشروع مؤسسة المعاق الإعلامية

Abstract

يجيئ هذا المشروع بعنوان : (دراسة بحثية لكيفية تسويق وتنفيذ مشروع مؤسسة المعاق الإعلامية). قسمت دراسة المشروع البحثي إلى محاور أساسية سيما وأنه يميل إلى التطبيق أكثر من التنظير . لذا اشتملت محاوره على الاتصال بخبراء ومؤسسات متخصصة ، والإطلاع على تجارب الآخرين المشابهة، ويشتمل على زيارات ميدانية للفضائيات السودانية الخاصة والولائية مثال فضائية البحر الأحمر وقناة كسلا الفضائية وفضائية الجزيرة وغيرها، وستعمل الدراسة على تحليل تلك التجارب ومقارنتها بمشروع فضائية المعاق من أوجه عديدة ،كذلك ستشتمل مراحل ومحاور المشروع على زيارات لمقار الأقمار الإصطناعية العربية (عرب سات، نايل سات، سهيل سات، ياه سات) للوقوف على تلك التجارب العربية على مستوى تكنولوجيا الفضاء وتقييمها من حيث شروط الحصول على الخدمات الإتصالية، وتشتمل محاور الدراسة على حضور بعض المؤتمرات الإقليمية والعالمية ذات الصلة، للتعرف على أسس تلك المؤتمرات وأهدافها لمقارنتها بأهداف الدراسة، وسيشتمل المشروع على إعداد دراسة الجدوى لإنشاء مركز المعاق للتدريب الإعلامي، ودراسة جدوى لإنشاء قناة المعاق الفضائية، ويشتمل على إختيار مقر المؤسسة ومبرراته، والخرط الهندسية التصميمية للمبنى بإداراته وأقسامه المختلفة، وكيفية إختيار الكفاءات من المعاقين وتدريبهم على فنون العمل التلفزيوني بمركز المعاق للتدريب الإعلامي ومن ثم إختيار المتفوقين منهم للعمل بقناة المعاق الفضائية، وتشتمل الدراسة على وضع الخطط لنفيذ المشروع وتحقيق رسالته وأهدافه .

This project was entitled: a research study of how the marketing and implementation the project of disabled Media Foundation The project's study was divided into basic axes especially because it seams to be practically than theoretically application. So included to communicate with experts and specialized institutions, and access to the experiences of other similar, field visits to the satellite private state channels , example the Red Sea satellite Channel Kassala and -Jazeera and others, and analyze those experiences and compare them with project of handicapped state channels in many ways, stages and axes of the project also will include visits the headquarters of Arabic satellite , (Arab sat, Nile sat, Sohail Sat, Yah sat) to stand on the Arab experiments on space technology level and evaluated in regulations of the conditions for obtaining the resolvability services, and the study axes include to attend some of the relevant regional and global conferences to know the foundations of those conferences and aims to compare them with the objectives of the study, the project will include the preparation of a feasibility to create a disabled center of media training, and preparation feasibility study for the establishment of a disabled satellite channel. It includes the selection of the organization's headquarters and justifications, and the engineering design maps of the building directorates, various department and how to select the outstanding handicaps to give them some training about techniques of tv works and chose them to work in the handicap satellite channel, and the study will setup the plans to achieve the project objectives and message.
