دراسة بحثية لإنشاء مؤسسة المعاق الإعلامية

Abstract

يتكون البحث من ستة فصول مقسمة إلى مباحث،حيث كان الفصل الأول عبارة عن الإطار المنهجي، والفصل الثاني جاء بعنوان:(المؤسسات الإعلامية الفضائية) واشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث ، الفصل الثالث جاء بعنوان (المعاقون)،وتكون من مبحثين، الفصل الرابع جاء بعنوان (كيفية تأسيس قناة فضائية) وتكون من مبحثين، الفصل الخامس عنوانه (مشروع مؤسسة المعاق الإعلامية) واشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث، الفصل السادس كان عبارة عن (الدراسة التطبيقية)، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث : 1- من خلال الدراسة النظرية تأكد للباحث أن هذا النوع من الدراسات بشكله النوعي وبعده التخصصي لا توجد دراسات مطابقة له . 2- اتضح أن مقولة العقل السليم في الجسم السليم غير دقيقة وذلك من خلال نماذج لأفذاذ من المعاقين تفوقوا ليس على الإعاقة فحسب بل على كثير من الأسوياء. 3- بينت الدراسة أن العمل الإعلامي المرئي يمكن ممارسته من قبل المعاقين إذا ما أسندت المهمة الإعلامية للمعاق المناسب لأدائها. 4- أكدت الدراسة أن الحاجة ماسة لقيام مركز المعاق الإعلامي لإعداد الكفاءات المعاقة لممارسة الإعلام التلفزيوني . 5- أثبتت الدراسة أن قناة المعاق الفضائية ستغير كثيرا من المفاهيم السلبية السائدة عن مقدرات المعاقين الإعلامية . وبناءا على هذه النتائج قدم البحث بعض التوصيات .

The Research included five chapters divided into sections, the first chapter is a methodological framework, the second chapter titled: (media institutions satellite) and included three sections, the third chapter titled (The disabled), consist two sections, the fourth chapter was entitled ( how to establish a satellite channel) also consist of two sections, Chapter V is entitled (project of media disabled Corporation) and included three sections, Chapter VI was a (Applied study), and the most important findings of the research are: 1. Through the theoretical study of the research, make sure that this kind of qualitative studies form and after Specialist No matching this studies. 2. It turned out that the argument talk , mind is in a adult body is inaccurate, through models of outstanding disabled excelled not only on the disability but on a lot of misfits. 3. The study showed that the visual media work can be exercised by the disabled if the media assigned task of the disabled the right to performance. 4. The study confirmed that the urgent need for the establishment of a disabled Media Center to prepare qualified disabled to exercise the television media. 5. The study demonstrated that a disabled satellite channel will change a lot of negative perceptions about the capabilities of mainstream media disabilities. Based on these results, the research provided some recommendations.
