This paper aims to identify the satellites that made the enormous jump in the field of modern communication technologies, and the integration that has occurred between them and the other means of communication, which in turn led to the emergence of new Techniques patterns contributed to enrich and develop and diversify methods of communication between human beings, for example, contact online communication services as E-mail and numerous social networks, and the new media which produced a free communication pattern that impossible to be controlled by traditional laws and currently used measures, so the researcher needs to recognize the beginnings of the emergence of satellite tracking stages of development and stand on the attributes and characteristics of these technology, which abolished the factor of time almost in the process connectivity ,that for its dependence in transmission on speed of light that reaches the farthest distance on the globe earth in half a second, almost , and canceled the geographical boundaries between countries and transformed the world into a small village of no Borders, as well as saw the researcher need to identify the deferent areas of satellites uses , with a focus on communications satellites that have contributed in development of radio and television fields in particular.
