Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان:(الإعلامي الشامل وأثره على الرسالة الإعلامية التلفزيونية) إزداد الإعلام خاصة المرئي منه قوة على قوته بعد التطور المذهل الذي طرأ على تقنيات البث الفضائي بفضل الأجيال الحديثة من أقمار الإتصالات وتقنياتها الأرضية المساعدة مثل محطات تجميع ونقل الأخبار فضائيا SNG (Satellite News Gathering) ومحطات التبادل متعدد الوسائط والخدمات عبر الساتل المينوس MENOS (Multimedia Exchange Network Over Satellite) المختلفة إلا أن هذه النقلة التقنية لا توجد نقلة موازية لها على مستوى الكوادر الفنية العاملة العاملة في مجالات انتاج وتقديم البرامج بالفضائيات رغم التميز النسبي للبعض قياسا بالمعايير المعمول بها في إنتقاء وإختيار هذه الكوادر، بهذا تولدت مشكلة للباحث تكمن في أن سرعة تطور مقدرات ومهارات الكادر البشري العامل في هذه الأجهزة لا تتناسب مع سرعة التطور في تقنيات البث والإنتاج التلفزيوني ، لذا رأى أن يدرس هذه المشكلة ويعمل على المحاولة لإيجاد رؤية قد تسهم في تقليص الفارق أوالفجوة مابين التقنيات والتقنيين الذين يستخدمونها فقدم هذه الورقة البحثية التي حددت مواصفات الكادر الإعلامي الشامل وكيفية تحديده ومهامه الإذاعية التي يؤديها وشكل ومواصفات لجنة الإختيار التي تنتقيه وخلصت الدراسة إلى استنتاجات حددت الفرق مابين القناه الحديثة التي تتبنى الكادر الإعلامي الإستثنائي الشامل ومابين القناة التقليدية التي تضم الكادر الإعلامي التقليدي وبناءا على هذه النتائج قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات .

But this shift technique does not paralleled with shift at the level of the technical staff Who working in theareas of production and Presentation programs on satellite t v channels despite the comparative advantage of some of them, comparison with the standards that use now adayes in selection the staff, this generated a problem to the researchers represented in, (the rapid development of capabilities and skills of the staff in these Corporations are not commensurate with the speed of development in the techniques of broadcast and television production), so The Researcher preferred to study this problem trying to find a vision may contribute to reduce the gab between technology and technicians who use it ,and introduced this paper which set the specifications of mass Media staff, and how to be selected and his duties and the specifications for the Selection Committee, The study findings identified the difference between the modern Channel that adopt the extraordinary mass Media staff and the traditional channel which includes the traditional media staff, and based on these results, the researcher presented some recommendations. .
