توظيف شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي في تطوير قدرات إختصاصي المكتبات والمعلومات لنقل المعرفة في الحاضر والمستقبل - السودان

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة توظيف شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي ومدى إسهامها في رفع قدرات إختصاصي المكتبات والمعلومات بالسودان وما تقوم به من المساهمة في نقل المعرفة. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة إمكانية الإستفادة من شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي في تطوير خدمات المكتبات والمعلومات بالسودان، وتاتي أهمية الدراسة من أهمية الموضوع نفسه لا سيما وأن المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات لها دور رائد في الإرتقاء بخدمات المعلومات لبلوغ مصاف العالميه وهذا لا يتم إلا بإعطاء الإهتمام اللازم لإختصاصيي المكتبات ومركز المعلومات وتطوير قدراتهم التكنولوجية والمعرفية ليتناسب مع إحتياجات العصر المتسارعة، تم إستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما تم إستخدم الإستبانة كاداة لجمع المعلومات وتم تحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائيSPSS. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها أن معظم المكتبات لديها صفحات على الفيسبوك وتقوم بإستخدامها في الإعلان عن الأنشطة والبرامج التي تقدمها ، الا أن بعضها لايوجد بها تفاعل، كما اوضحت الدراسة أن معظم إختصاصيي المكتبات والمعلومات بالسودان يستخدمون أكثر من وسيلة من وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي الا أن التركيز على الفيسبوك والواتساب هما الأكثر إستخداماً من بين بقية الوسائط الأخرى، ساهمت وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي في رفع القدرات العلمية لدي الكثير من المختصين في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات من خلال توظيفها في نقل وتبادل المعلومات. كما اوردت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات من ابرزها الإهتمام بصفحات المكتبات على الفيسبوك وتطويرها مع ضرورة التفاعل معها، ضرورة الإستفادة من التطبيقات الأخري للتواصل الإجتماعي وإستخدامها لتطوير قدرات إختصاصيي المكتبات ومع مراعاة عدم التركيز علي الفيسبوك والواتساب فقط، الإهتمام بنشر الموضوعات المتخصصة أكثر من غيرها الأمر الذي يسهم في الإرتقاء بالمهنة والمهنيين.

The study dealt with the employment of social networks and the extent of their contribution in raising the capacities of specialists in libraries and information in Sudan and its contribution to the transfer of knowledge. The study aimed at finding out the possibility of benefiting from social networks in the development of library and information services in Sudan. The importance of the study comes from the importance of the subject itself, especially as the libraries and information centers have a leading role in the advancement of information services to reach the global level, and this is not only by giving the necessary attention to the specialists of libraries and information center and develop their technological and cognitive capabilities to suit the needs of the accelerated era. The descriptive analytical method was used and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information and the results were analyzed using the SPSS. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that most libraries have pages on Facebook and use them to advertise the activities and programs they provide, but some of them do not interact.The study also pointed out that most of the specialists in libraries and information in Sudan use more than one means of social communication, but the focus on Facebook and WhatsApp are the most used among other media. The means of social communication contributed to raising the scientific capabilities of many specialists in the field of libraries and information by employing them in the transfer and exchange of information. The study also made many recommendations, most notably the interest in the pages of libraries on Facebook and develop with the need to interact with them.The need to benefit from other applications of social communication and its use to develop the capabilities of library specialists and not focus on Facebook and WhatsApp only.The concern for publishing specialized topics more than others, which contributes to the advancement of the profession and professionals. key words :Social networks-Library and Information Specialist-Training-evelopment
