توظيف المصادر الإلكترونية في تطوير أوعية المعلومات في المكتبات الجامعية : دراسة المصادر في مكتبة جامعة غرب كردفان

Abstract

This study aimed to achieve the following: Bristling on the reality of West Kordofan University libraries in terms of the employment of electronic resources optimally. Knowing the reasons that prevent researchers at the University of West Kordofan to get benefit from electronic sources. This study draws its importance from: Sources of information have a great importance in the field of scientific research and the advancement of the educational process in higher education institutions in Sudan as well as keeping up with the modren developments. The research used the descriptive analytical approach; also the study used interviews and observations for gathering data. The study reached the following findings: West Kordofan University Libraries brought developments in specialized technological fields. The electronic research system has helped researchers to access information faster. According to these findings, the researcher presents the following recommendations: The scientific basis should be taken into account to deal with the sources of information at the governmental universities. The necessity to provide the necessary requirements to ensure optimal use policy of information sources.

الوقوف على واقع مكتبات جامعة غرب كردفان من حيث توظيف المصادر الإلكترونية بشكل أمثل. معرفة الأسباب التي تحول دون استفادة الباحثين بجامعة غرب كردفان من المصادر الإلكترونية. تستمد هذه الدراسة أهميتها من أن: لمصادر المعلومات أهمية كبيرة في مجال البحث العلمي والنهوض بالعملية التعليمية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي بالسودان فضلاً عن مواكبتها لأحداث التطورات. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، كما استخدمت الدراسة في جمع المعلومات أداة المقابلة والملاحظة والإستبيان. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: إن مكتبات جامعة غرب كردفان أحدثت تطورات في المجالات التكنلوجية المتخصصة. نظام البحث الالكتروني ساعد الباحثين على الحصول على المعلومات بشكل أسرع. وبناءً على النتائج قدمت الباحثة التوصيات التالية: يجب مراعاة الأسس العلمية في التعامل مع مصادر المعلومات بجامعة غرب كردفان. ضرورة توفير التجهيزات المادية لضمان الاستخدامع الأمثل لأوعية المعلومات.
