Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء علي ظاهرة الإعلام الجديد في ظل تذايد أهميته الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية محلياً ودولياً، تناول ظاهرة الإعلام الجديد في حقل الدراسات الإعلامية أصبحت محل إهتمام وجدل كبير في الأوساط المهنية ، الوقوف على المؤسسة الاعلامية في تحقيق التنمية بولاية شمال كردفان.
أستخدم الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلى في توصيف الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة ، أما في جمع المعلومات والبيانات فقد أستخدم المقابلة والملاحظة العلمية.
توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة أبرزها :
أن الاعلام الجديد من الوسائل المهمة في تحقيق العملية التنموية خاصة في المدن ، تذايد عدد زوار الموقع الإلكترونى للمؤسسة الاعلامية يسهل تقييم الرسالة الاعلامية بشكل أسرع ، رغم فاعلية الوسائط الجديدة في توصيل مضامين التنمية للمتلقى إلا أن الاعلام التقليدى مازال مؤثراً ، الأمية وضعف البنية التحتية في مجال التكنلوجية تحول دون وصول رسالة المؤسسة الاعلامية لكافات قطاعات المجتمع.
توصى الدراسة بضرورة قيام حكومة ولاية شمال كردفان بدعم المؤسسة الاعلامية ، توفير خدمات الانترنت لكافة محليات الولاية ، القيام بالمزيد من البحوث حول الاعلام الجديد والتنمية.
The study aimed to highlight the new media phenomenon under increase it as social, political and cultural local and international importance, eating the new media phenomenon in the media studies field has become the focus of great controversy in professional circles, stand on the media organization in achieving development in North Kurdofan State.
The study used descriptive and analytical approach in the characterization of the phenomenon under study, but in the collection of information and data has been used interview and scientific observation.

The study recommends the need for the state of North Kurdofan government media organization support, to provide online services to all state localities, do more research on new media development.
