العوامل المؤثرة في بناء الصورة الذهنية للمهاجرين إلى المجتمعات الغربية Factors affecting the construction of the mental image of migrants to Western societies

Abstract

تكمن أهمية الدراسة في كونها محاولة جادة لإيجاد مقاربة سياسية واجتماعية ونفسية نحو أفضل للتعايش الإيجابى للمهاجرين مع شعوب المجتمعات الغربية. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الصورة الذهنية المكونة لدى المجتمعات الغربية عن المهاجرين بشكل عام ، التعرف على النوازل السياسية والإجتماعية الكامنة وراء تكوين الصورة الذهنية للمهاجرين ، الوصول إلى نتائج علمية تسهم في تقبل المهاجرين والعيش بسلام مع شعوب المجتمعات الغربية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وفي جمع البيانات حول الظاهرة استخدمت الملاحظة والمقابلة والكتب والإنترنت. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها : هنالك صورة ذهنية سلبية نحو المهاجرين إلى المجتمعات الغربية ، غياب التوعية الإعلامية والقانونية للمهاجرين من الأسباب الرئيسة وراء تكريس الصورة الذهنية السالبة ، للأحزاب السياسية ومنظمات المجتمع المدنى دوراً مهماً لا تقل عن الإعلام في تصحيح المفاهيم المغلوطة عن المهاجرين في المجتمعات الأوربية قلة الدراسات المتعلقة بالصورة الذهنية للمهاجرين إلى المجتمعات الأوربية فى المراكز البحثية والمؤسسات الأكاديمية وخاصة العربية . وبناء على ذلك أوصى الدراسة بضرورة القيام بحملات اعلامية لتوعية المهاجرين عبر مختلف الوسائل الإعلامية الغربية ، تنظيم ورش عمل للمهاجرين لتعريفهم بالقوانين والأعراف الإجتماعية التى تحكم سبل الإندما ج والتعايش في المجتمع الأوربى ، ضرورة تشجيع البحوث لعكس الصورة الذهنية الايجابية للمهاجرين وإنعكاسها على علاقات الشعوب والدول بحيث يعكس ذلك الأمانة والتسامح ونبذ العنف والتطرف لأن ذلك يعمل على بناء الفهم الصحيح عن المهاجرين في المجتمعات الأوربية.

The importance of the study of being a serious attempt to create a social, psychological and political approach towards better positive for coexistence immigrants with the peoples of Western societies. The study aimed to find out the mental image of the constituent Western societies for immigrants in general, to identify the underlying political and social crisis behind the mental image of migrants, access to scientific results contribute to accepting of immigrants and live in peace with the peoples of Western societies. The study used descriptive analytical method for collecting data and the phenomenon by o using observation, interview, books and the Internet souses. The study found several results the most important one is that : There is negative mentality image towards immigrants in Western societies, the absence of media and legal awareness of migrants these are main reasons behind the negative image. thus political parties, play an miss understanding about immigrants in European societies. There are limited studies on the mental image of migrants those who live in European Communities in academic institution in Arab countries research centers as general. Accordingly, the study has recommended that, there is the need for information campaigns to raise awareness among immigrants via different media, organizing workshops for immigrants to familiarize them with the laws and social norms, which given the way of incorporating within European community it has been recommended that researchers should be encouraged research on the implications of the mental image on the peoples and nations relations to reflect the positive about the immigrants and inheres the relationship between the nations . The researcher has recommended that, immigrants should behave in good manner, and seemed very honest, rejected violent, terrorism help European people the understand incorrectly.
