Abstract

ترجع فكرة جزور العولمة إلى خمسة قرون فائتة مع ظهور الفكرة الاقطاعية وحل محلها الدولة القومية ، اجتاحت ظاهرة العولمة وتيارها السريع الدول والحكومات والبشر وباتت على كل لسان وأصبح كل فم يلوكها قبولاً، أو رفضاً، أو محذراً من خطر تجاهلها باعتبارها واقع حتمي، يجب علينا أن نتعامل معها ونتعرف على آثارها. فالهوية الثقافية هي نظام من القيم والتصورات والمعتقدات التي يتميز بها مجتمع ما ، تبعًا لخصوصياته التاريخية والحضارية، وكل شعب من شعوب العالم ينتمي إلى ثقافة تميزه عن الآخر، لكن يتلقى الكثير من أفراد شعوب الدول النامية من القنوات الفضائية وشبكة الانترنت وشبكات التواصل الإجتماعى بمختلف أنواعها المتمثلة فى: الصور، والأفكار، والقيم ، والتوجهات الأيديولوجية المنبثقة عن المرجعيات والخلفيات الثقافية الغربية ، مما شكل خطورة على الثقافات المحلية ووضعها بين سندان المحافظة على الخصوصية ومطرقة الإنصهار في الثقافات المعولمة.

تتلخص مشكلة البحث في السؤال التالى : كيف نحافظ على هويتنا الثقافية في ظل الهيمنة الثقافية الغربية ؟. ماهى أنسب الآليات العلمية المناسبة لمجابهة التحديات المثالة؟. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلى ، والمقارن ، وفي جمع المعلومات حول البحث يعتمد على الملاحظة والمقابلة على عينة من المجتمع السودانى.

Local cultures, cultural identity and the challenges of globalization The idea of globalization has been traced back to past five centuries, with the advent of the feudal idea and the replacement of the nation-state. The phenomenon of globalization and its rapid flow swept the countries, governments and people, and every word has become accepted, rejected or warned of the danger of ignoring them as an inevitable reality. We deal with it and recognize its effects.

Cultural identity is a system of values, perceptions and beliefs that characterize a society according to its historical and cultural characteristics. Each of the people of the world belongs to a culture that distinguishes it from the other. However, many people in developing countries receive satellite channels, the Internet, In images, ideas, values, and ideological tendencies emanating from Western cultural references and backgrounds, pasing a danger to local cultures and placing them between the anvil of privacy and the hammer of fusion in globalized cultures.

The problem of research is the following questions: How do we preserve our cultural identity under Western cultural domination? What is the most appropriate scientific mechanism to confront the challenges posed?. The study is based on analytical descriptive and comparative approach , collecting information about the research depends on observation and interview on a sample of Sudanese society.
