Abstract

الدبلوماسية الإعلامية وآفاق المعالجة للقضايا المصرية السودانية تبحث الورقة تأثير الدبلوماسية الاعلامية في تطوير العلاقات بين مصر والسودان، من خلال تحديد المقصود بالدبلوماسية الاعلامية ودوره في محيطه السياسي والاجتماعى، والنظر في آليات انشغاله ودينامية تطوير الأداء ( الأفراد والمؤسسات ) الذى يكشف مظاهر الاختلال في علاقة المُدْخَلات بالمُخْرَجَات؛ وذلك للإجابة عن السؤال : كيف تُسْهم الدبلوماسية الاعلامية في دَعْم وتطوير العلاقات بين البلدين ؟. وتستعين الورقة بالملاحظة والمقابلة كأدوات أساسية في مقاربة أبعاد هذا السؤال؛ وذلك باتباع المنهج الوصفى التحليلى. وترى الورقة أن الوعي الذي تُشَكِّله الدبلوماسية الاعلامية للرأى العام سيسهم كثيراً في طى القضايا الخلافية العالقة وتنمية علاقات البلدين في مختلف القضايا ، الدبلوماسية الاعلامية ظلت غائبه في التعاطى مع ملفات علاقات البلدين ، ومن أهم التوصيات: اتباع دبلوماسية الأبواب وتمليكها لصناع لإعلام البلدين ، تنظيم وتبادل الزيارات الاعلامية لترسيخ المفاهيم الإيجابية في أوساط الرأى العام ، الإستكتاب الإيجابي عن علاقات البلدين، إطلاع الرأي العام على الحقائق والمعلومات التي تسعى جهات بعينها إلى إثارتها.

One of the main recommendations: a diplomatic doors to inform the two countries, organize and share media visits to establish positive perceptions among the general public, positive writing for bilateral relations, inform the public opinion the facts and information that certain parties seeking to raise.
