دور وســــــائل الإعــــــــــــلام في التوعيــــــــــــة بقضايا البيئــــــــــــــــة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الإعلام البيئى ووظائفه، معرفة الإستراتيجيات الإعلامية المتبعة في التغطية الصحفية للشؤون البيئية، الوقوف على أبرز التحديات التى تواجه الأعلام البيئى، الإلمام ببعض التشريعات والقوانين المتعلقة بحماية البيئة من التلوث والتصحر، الخروج بأفكار علمية تكون بمثابة خارطة الطريق للمهتمين بالبيئة. تكمن أهمية الورقة في كونها أحد الدراسات القليلة في حقل الإعلام التى تناولت موضوع الإعلام البيئى رغم كثرة البحوث في المجالات الأخرى. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى فى تحليل الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة، كما استخدم الملاحظة والكتب والانترنت في جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالموضوع. توصل الباحث إلى نتائج عدة ، من أهمها : لا يحظى الإعلام البيئى بدراسات كافية ومتعمقة في حقل الصحافة والإعلام، تتجاهل وسائل الإعلام العربية في كثير من الأحيان تغطية قضايا البيئية من أجل الحصول على السبق الصحفى في الموضوعات السياسية والاقتصادية، غياب التشجيع المادى والأدبى من المؤسسات المعنية بالبيئة تجاه الصحافيين المهتمين بقضايا البيئة في وسائل الاعلام المختلفة، خلو المناهج الدراسية في أقسام الإعلام بالجامعات العربية من موضوعات ذات الصلة بالإعلام البيئى. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تدريب وتأهيل صحافيين متخصصين في الاعلام البيئى بوسائل الإعلام العربية، وضرورة وجود مناهج دراسية للإعلام البيئي في أقسام وكليات الإعلام بالجامعات العربية، كما اوصت بضرورة تنظيم وزارات البيئة العربية مسابقات وجوائز سنوية حول أفضل تغطية صحفية لشؤون البيئة في وسائل الإعلام العربية المقروءة والمسموعة والمرئية بهدف تشجيع الصحافيين على زيادة الاهتمام بالإعلام البيئى،وكذلك ضرورة وجود تنسيق مستمر بين المؤسسات الإعلامية العربية المهتمة بشؤون البيئة ومراكز المعلومات البيئية لتزويدهم بالمعلومات الضرورية، وضرورة وجود لجنة عليا للإعلام البيئي في الدول العربية لرسم السياسات والخطط البيئية بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية والمنظمات الإقليمية والدولية،وأخيرا اوصت بضرورة تفعيل القوانين المتعلقة بالبيئة في الدول العربية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

The study aimed to highlight the concept of environmental media and functions, knowledge of media strategies used in the press coverage of environmental affairs, stand on the major challenges facing the environmental flags, familiarity with some of the laws and legislation concerning the protection of the environment from pollution and desertification, out scientific ideas serve as a roadmap for those interested in the environment . The importance of being in the paper a few studies in the field of information on the subject of the media, despite the large number of environmental research in other areas. The researcher used the descriptive method in the analysis of the phenomenon under study, use as note books and the Internet to gather information on the subject. Reach the study to the following findings: Do not have the media Scope adequate and in-depth studies in journalism and media field, ignoring the Arab media often cover environmental issues in order to get the scoop on political and economic issues, the absence of material encouragement and moral of the Environment institutions towards Journalists interested in environmental issues in various media, free curriculum in the media sections of Arab universities of media-related environmental issues. The study recommended the following: the need for training and rehabilitation of journalists specializing in media Scope, the need to organize and environment ministries Arab competitions and annual awards on the best press coverage for the Environment in the Arab media in order to encourage journalists to increase interest in the media ecology and the need for a continuous coordination between the Arab media institutions interested in Environment and information centers, the need for a higher committee for environmental media in the Arab countries to draw environmental policies and plans in cooperation with the concerned authorities and regional and international organizations, the need to activate the laws relating to the environment in the Arab countries to achieve sustainable development .
