أخلاقيـــــات التغطيــــــــة الصحفيـــــــــــة فـــــــي مناطـــــــــق النزاعـــــــات والحـــــــــــروب مجلة العلوم الإسلامية العدد الأول 2016 م

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء علي أخلاقيات التغطية الصحفية في مناطق الصراعات والحروب ، بهدف إلقاء الضوء على التحديات التى تواجه الصحافيين في مناطق النزاعات والحروب ، والإجراءات المطلوبة لضمان سلامة وأمن الصحافيين في مناطق النزاعات. تكمن أهمية الدراسة في كونه محاولة جادة لتشخيص التحديات التى تواجه الصحافيين في مناطق النزاعات والحروب في ظل قلة الدراسات والبحوث ذات الصلة بالمؤسسات المهنية والأكاديمية. استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي في توصيف الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة، توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة أبرزها : غياب القوانين الكفيلة بحماية الصحافيين في مناطق النزاعات بالدول العربية ، وسائل الإعلام في الدول العربية تنحاز في كثير من الأحيان عند تغطية الأزمات والحروب لصالح حكومات دولهم ، التقارير التى تصدرها منظمة مراسلون بلا حدود والإتحاد الدولى للصحافيين لا تجد الاهتمام الكافى لدى المجموعات المتصارعة في الدول العربية. توصى الدراسة بضرورة سن قوانين وتشريعات تكفل الحماية اللازمة للصحافيين في الدول العربية ، توفير الدعم المدي للصحافيين ، كفالة الحريات الصحفية، مراعاة الموضوعية وأخلاقيات المهنة في التغطية الصحفية لمناطق الحروب والنزاعات.

This study aimed to shed light on the ethics of the press coverage in areas of conflict and war , in order to shed light on the challenges facing journalists in areas of conflict and war , and the actions required to ensure the safety and security of journalists in conflict zones. The importance of this study lies in being a serious attempt to diagnose the challenges facing journalists in areas of conflict and war in light of the lack of studies and research related to professional and academic institutions. The researcher used the descriptive approach in describing the phenomenon under study , study finds significant results , notably: the absence of laws to protect journalists in conflict zones in the Arab countries , and the media in the Arab countries chosing often when covering crises and wars on behalf of the governments of their countries , the reports issued by the Organization Reporters without borders and the International Federation of Journalists do not find sufficient attention to the conflicting groups in the Arab countries. The study recommends the need to enact laws and legislation to ensure the necessary protection for journalists in the Arab countries , to provide support term for journalists , to ensure press freedoms , taking into account the objectivity and ethics in the press coverage of war and conflict zones.
