Therefore, we focus in this paper is to present selected passages from the verses of spending as one of the most important asset and the first principles that are enshrined in the Qur'an in the financial and economic. We also focus on some of the verses in an important part in financial transactions: the prohibition of usury, and write transactions (private debt and mortgage). Importance of the study: - - Increase the highlight of the academic institution and highlight its position between the Sudanese universities in particular and the world Universities in general. - Maintaining the research produced by the institution (intellectual production). - Providing free access to research published by the repository in the university. Methodology of the study: The searcher used descriptive and analytical approach. Study gather information tools: The researcher has used of the following tools: A. Interview conducted on a number of employees of the university libraries on the subject under study. (B) Note: The researcher noticed in virtue of specialization and administrative work closely challenges facing the digital university libraries researched and worked through a comprehensive scientific observation. Findings of the Study: - Digital repositories at the University of West Kordofan experience has achieved its objectives in the service of university scientific research in particular and society in general. - West Kordofan University Libraries participation in open-source library systems have caused dramatic changes in cognitive services. - Search mail in the provision of services to researchers and scientific research system of shares and specialists are very fast.
